4/12/1932 - Goose Goslin unveils his infamous "Zebra Bat", which had 12 parallel lines reaching down the barrel of the bat, MLB ruled that the bat was illegal as it was a distraction to the fielders.

4/13/1933 - Browns All-Star in 1933, CF Sam West, would have a great day in the 11-7 loss to the Chicago White Sox. West would go 6 for 6 including a double.

4/14/1953 - Browns win the final Opening Day game in St. Louis, with a blowout over the Detroit Tigers in front of a crowd of 11,804 St. Louis fans.

4/17/1924 - "Baby Doll" Jacobson hits for the 'Cycle' vs Chicago White Sox and RHP Sarge Connelly

4/19/1922 - Browns 1B George Sisler scores 5 times one game vs the Cleveland Indians. He would go 4-6, with a single, double, and triple.

4/22/1922 - Browns OF Ken Williams hits 3 home runs , each one with George Sisler on base. Williams would record 7 RBIs in the game and 12 total bases in this game. 

4/24/1913 - Browns RF Gus Williams rips 3 straight triples vs Eddie Cicotte and the Chicago White Sox.  

4/28/1953 - Browns get into a brawl with the Yankees after Clint Courtney gets into a collision with Phil Rizzuto. In the bottom of 10th inning, Clint Courney stretched a sinlge to a double, and while sliding into second he slammed into Yankee favorite Phil Rizzuto. Both benches would clear after the collision, and after a 17-minute brawl the Umpires had to pull Billy Martin off the back of Courtney. Courtney would be fines $250 for sparking the fight

4/10/1913 - Browns defeated the Detroit Tigers, 3-1. Browns Carl Weilman pitched a complete game victory.

4/11/1907 - Harry Howell pitches a complete game, shutout of the Chicago White Sox. 

4/12/1922 - Browns defeat the Chicago White Sox 3-2 in front of 20,000 fans in Comisky Park.

4/13/1928 - Browns would defeat the Detroit Tigers in 11 innings, 4-3

4/14/1953 - Browns blowout Detroit Tigers and former Browns star Ned Garver. Every player drives in a run, 11-0, 

4/15/1952 - Ned Garver beats the Detroit Tigers by himself, 3-0. Pitching a shutout and driving in the runs.

4/16/1940 - OPENING DAY - Browns defeated the Detroit Tigers 5-1 in front of 49, 417 unhappy Detroit fans

4/17/1945 - OPENING DAY  - St. Louis Browns defeat the Detroit Tigers, 7-1 in front of 4,167 fans at Sportsman's Park.

4/18/1944 - Browns open their Championship season with a 2-1 victory over the Detroit Tigers

4/19/1950- The Browns would gather 11 hits in their 6-1 victory over the Chicago White Sox.  Dick Starr earn his first victory of 1950.

4/20/1912 - After 15 innings, the Browns and Chicago White Sox rolled to a 0-0 tie, in front of 3,000 fans in St. Louis.

4/21/1937 - The Browns would open the 1937 season with a victory in a 15-10 battle with the Chicago White Sox. 

4/22/1922 - The Browns defeated the Chicago White Sox by the score of 10-7. Ken Williams would reach 12 total bases with his 3 home runs.

4/23/1904 - The Browns defeat the Detroit Tigers 3-1 in 11 innings. Charlie Hemphill would drive in all 3 runs

4/24/1928 - Behind a powerful infield and complete game by Browns pitcher Jack Ogden, St. Louis would defeat the Cleveland Indians, 6-2

4/25/1930 - Lefty Stewart brings a no-hitter into the 7th inning in the Browns 4-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox

4/26/1929 - Browns pitcher Sam Gray would start the season with a 3-0 record after leading the Browns to a 3-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox.

4/27/1948 - Browns win a thrilling 11 inning bout with the Detroit Tigers, 9-8. The teams would combine for 25 total hits, leaving 18 players on base, and would be 8-33 with runners in scoring position

4/28/1917 - The Browns would display their power and speed in their 10-1 victory over the Cleveland Indians.

4/29/1911 - In an official game of just 43 minutes, Browns rookie pitcher Earl Hamilton would earn his first MLB victory, 1-0

4/30/1928 - George Blaeholder earns his first victory with a 10-3 win over the Cleveland Indians.
