10/1/1944 - Browns win the 1944 American League Championship with a win over the Tigers

10/2/1921 - Browns thump the Tigers as they close out the season on a four game winning streak

10/3/1914 - The Browns seized the final double header of the season as the sweep of the ChiSox

10/4/1911 - After an exhausting first game loss, the Browns would beat the Chicago White Sox in the second game of a double header, 2-1.

10/5/1912 - The Browns offense destroyed Cleveland's pitching staff with 17 hits in a 13-1 victory.

10/6/1906 - The Browns would continue their dominance over the Tigers with a double header sweep over Detroit.

10/7/1904 - The Browns close out the 1904 season with a strong offensive attack.

10/8/1911 - Browns close out the season with 28 hits, 10 extra base hits in thumping of Detroit

10/9/1910 - In the last game of the season, Browns split  a double header against the Naps

10/14/1947 - After serving in World War II, Browns Pitcher Steve Sundra files a lawsuit against the Browns for back pay

10/1/1944 - Three home runs, combined with incredible pitching, leads the Browns over the Tigers and an American League pennant.

10/2/1921 - The Browns would record 15 hits and 12 runs as they pummel the Tigers, 12-3.

10/3/1914 - The Browns seize he final double header of the season with displays of great hitting and incredible pitching. 

10/4/1911 - The Browns would enjoy sloppy White Sox defense as great pitching and timely hitting led to the 2-1 St. Louis victory

10/5/1912 - In the their last victory of the 1912 season, every Browns player had a hit (17 total) in the 13-1 drubbing of the Cleveland Naps. 

10/6/1906 - The Browns would sweep the Tigers as they would win their 13th game of the year over Detroit.

10/7/1904 - The Browns would have five batters collect multiple hits, as they close out the White Sox, 5-2. 

10/8/1911- Browns combine incredible pitching and powerful hitting in a double header sweep, sending the Tigers to the offseason. 

10/9/1910 - Browns pound 13 hits from Cleveland pitching, taking the first game of a twin bill, 5-4.
